Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement products.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 2-5 business days of transit time.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST may ship the same day.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a credit on your account. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with no labels attached. A credit will be placed on your account to use in the future. If after 30 days, a return is needed, management will have final say. If the item can be returned, there is a 20% restocking charge for all products returned after thirty days (30) from purchase date. To return an item, please email sales@cleanremedies.com to notify us of the return. Please then package up the items according to weather and include proof of purchase (invoice) and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Items must be returned in sellable condition.


CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the credit to your account. Please allow one (1) to two (2) business days from receipt of your items to process your credit.

SHIPPING ERRORS / DAMAGED GOODS

Customer must notify Clean Remedies of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the company. Qualifying orders will be sent a replacement product at no extra charge.


If you do not comply with the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.


Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions

We will not ship D8 products to the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, KY, ID, IA, MS, MT, RI, UT, VT

All Delta 8 products are FINAL sale.
