Is Clean Remedies™ Organic?
All of CleanRemedies™ hemp extracts are USDA Certified Organic by One Cert. Hemp is great at cleaning the soil it grows in, which means it is commonly used to suck up toxins that exist. USDA Certified Organic means the soil and plant was tested and screened. When a company touts they are "organic" no one knows what that means. You need a reputable third party to certify you. When you see a USDA Certified Organic emblem on your products, you can rest assured that your product is free from harmful chemicals. You can also rest assured that your product is grown in the USA and not overseas.
What States are not allowed to Sell Delta 8 products?
The following states are not permitted to sell Delta 8 THC products: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island and Utah.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping and superior customer service. We ship all orders out the same day (if placed by 1 PM EST) via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders ship FREE over $500 on business days.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a credit on your account. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with no labels attached. A credit will be placed on your account to use in the future. If after 30 days, a return is needed, management will have final say. If the item can be returned, there is a 20% restocking charge for all products returned after thirty days (30) from purchase date. Please then package up the items according to weather and include proof of purchase (invoice) and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Items must be returned in sellable condition.
CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the credit to your account. Please allow one (1) to two (2) business days from receipt of your items to process your credit.

SHIPPING ERRORS / DAMAGED GOODS
Customer must notify Clean Remedies of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the company. Qualifying orders will be sent a replacement product at no extra charge.
If you do not comply with the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
