For edible use
Take 1/2 dropper (0.50 ML) under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds then swallow. Repeat 2-3 times daily. Increase usage and frequency as needed.
For topical use
Apply on skin every 4-6 hours. Do not use on or around the eyes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
